SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY OF TRANSACTIONS

Multibags, responding to the requirements of modern business reality and aiming at the protection of its information systems, always aiming at the uninterrupted and exemplary service of its Customers, decided to design and install an Information Security Management System according to the requirements of the International Standard ISO 27001:2013.

The Company's Information Security Management System covers the design, production and marketing of paper & plastic bags and was designed in accordance with the needs and objectives of the Company and the Legal and Regulatory Requirements of the current Greek and Community Legislation.
The main objectives, as expressed within the procedures of the Company's Information Security Management System, are:
1. the creation of a basis for the continuous improvement of the efficiency of its processes, with the aim of continuously satisfying the needs and expectations of its customers to the maximum extent possible.
2. to minimise the number of incidents that may affect the continuity of business processes, and to reduce their impact as far as possible.
3. the handling of information, held and circulated in any way through its electronic and non-electronic systems, which is of exceptional importance for its operation and market position, in a manner that protects its security in terms of confidentiality, integrity and availability,
4. compliance with the laws and regulations to which the company is subject.
5. the continuous improvement of the system.
Management's objective with regard to the protection of personal data is to comply with the following principles:
• Processing of personal data in a fair and lawful manner.
• Personal data is kept in a lawful and fair manner and in a lawful and fair way.
• Personal data must be kept strictly limited to what is strictly necessary to achieve those purposes.
• Protecting personal data by means of adequate security measures.
• Retention of personal data for a certain period of time (depending on the purposes).
The company's system is regularly reviewed by the management in order to adapt it to new market needs and developments, to legislative requirements and to achieve the objective of security of the company's information. On an annual basis, the Information Security objectives are also reviewed and, if necessary, adjusted.
Management is committed to providing the infrastructure and equipment deemed necessary for the implementation and availability of its operations. Each employee is responsible for meeting, assimilating and implementing the procedures required by the Information Security Management System through their daily activities. For this reason, all employees, depending on their responsibilities, are informed about the System and act demonstrably in accordance with the established security and confidentiality rules.
The Information Security Policy is communicated, understood and applied by all human resources, with the ultimate goal of continuous, steady growth of its business activity, with unwavering commitment to its principles and the constant offer to its customers of products and services of excellent quality. It is reviewed at regular intervals in order to ensure that it is constantly in line with market conditions, technological developments and legislation in force.
Processes, flows and actions that do not guarantee the fulfilment of the objectives set are immediately interrupted by the persons responsible, root cause analyses are carried out and the required improvement measures are defined.

QUALITY POLICY

Multibags company, responding to the requirements of modern business reality and aiming to improve its organizational structure and internal communication, always aiming at faster and better service to its Customers, decided to design and install a Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of the International Standard ELOT EN ISO 9001/2015.
The Company's Quality Management System covers the design, production and marketing of paper & plastic bags and was designed in accordance with the needs and objectives of the Company and the Legal and Regulatory Requirements of the current Greek and Community Legislation.
The main objective of the Quality Management System of Multibags is to create a basis for the continuous improvement of the efficiency of its processes, always having in mind the continuous satisfaction of the needs and expectations of its customers to the maximum extent possible.
For the implementation of the above, the company is committed to comply with the legislative & regulatory framework, while at the same time the Management supports and continuously implements the company's Quality Management System by establishing objective goals for Quality, based on the undivided and constructive cooperation of both its employees and its partners.
The basic principles as expressed within the procedures of the Company's Quality System are:
Adherence to the prescribed requirements of customers as agreed through written contracts/agreements in order to increase their satisfaction.
The continuous support of the customer after the sale as well as the constructive cooperation with all partners.
The continuous updating and training of staff.
Investigating causes of non-compliances or complaints and further determining corrective actions.
The principles of the System as well as the objective goals for quality are regularly reviewed by the company's management in order to adapt them to the new needs and developments of the market, legislative requirements and to achieve the goal of continuous improvement of the company's operations.
Through the continuous reviews of the above, the Management is in constant search to identify both human and logistical needs. Management is committed to providing the resources required to meet the needs as they arise and are shaped by existing situations to the best of its ability.
All Multibags departments have the responsibility to meet, assimilate and implement the procedures required by the Quality System through their daily activities.
It is also the responsibility of Multibags' Management to ensure that the Quality Policy is communicated, understood and implemented by all of the Company's human resources, with the ultimate goal of continuous, steady growth of the Company's business with unwavering commitment to its principles and the constant offer to its customers of products and services of the highest quality. The Quality Policy is communicated to employees through actions such as training, briefings, staff meetings and, most importantly, through the constant implementation of the requirements of the Quality System by the Management.
