What is the GRECA TRUSTMARK?<\/h4>\n

The GRECA Trustmark is a Trustmark that has a dual purpose. On the one hand, it certifies online stores in accordance with European legislation and the Code of Conduct for E-Commerce, as established by the Hellenic Association of E-Commerce.<\/p>\n

On the other hand, it is an assurance and guarantee to consumers visiting the certified online store that it fully complies with legislation, best practices and the Code of Conduct, enhancing to the maximum extent the feeling of security and trust in online shopping.<\/p>\n

Why was it created?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The GRECA Trustmark was created out of the need to increase consumer confidence in online shopping (70% of online consumers feel insecure and is the main factor in halting the growth of eCommerce in our country) and to differentiate online stores that operate transparently, respect the customer and the rules of the market and invest systematically in eCommerce. The GRECA Trustmark contributes positively to the further development of the industry by creating a transparent and secure environment for consumers and businesses. Finally, it is certain to help the development of extroversion of Greek businesses and cross-border trade.<\/p>\n

Who is awarded?<\/h4>\n

The GRECA Trustmark is awarded electronically to stores that meet the criteria. Once they have successfully completed the evaluation, they receive the label, which is written in code and integrated into the eShop's website. Due to the strict criteria for obtaining the certification, the GRECA Trustmark is considered as an essential element of the marketing of any eShop aiming at a high level of service in Greece and internationally.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
