Lamination
Lamination, either matt or glossy, can be applied to the outer parts of the twisted handle paper bags. After lamination, the bags are waterproofed on the outside, become more robust and have the feel of luxury paper bags.
Hot Stamps
Hot stamps in various colours can be applied to the outer parts of the bags, adding shine to the bags. Thanks to the application of hot stamps, the twisted handle paper bags acquire a distinctive luxury imprint.
Spot UV varnish
Select details on the twisted handle paper bags for the application of a spot UV varnish, which will give a subtle shine to these areas. The spot UV varnish can also be combined with partial embossing.
Embossing
Partial embossing can be applied to twisted handle paper bags, usually in the area of the logo. Partial embossing can ideally be combined with the application of hot stamping.
Special papers
Special coloured papers can be used for the production of twisted handle paper bags with top folding, on which special techniques, such as screen printing, can be used. The advantage of special papers is the uniformity on the inside and outside of the bags, as the special papers are already coloured on both sides.
Screen printing
Silk-screen printing (white or coloured) can be applied on the special coloured papers or on brown ecological kraft paper, reducing the cost of the bags, as no printing colour is required for their production.

TWISTED HANDLE PAPER BAGS WITH TOP FOLDING
MATERIAL:
The paper used for the manufacture of the twisted handle paper bags with top folding belongs to the kraft category (white, ecological brown, dark brown and black) and the weight starts from 120gsm.
PRINTING: Offset printing is applied for the production of the twisted handle paper bags with top folding and up to 7 colours can be used (PANTONE, CMYK and a combination of these), the opacity of which can reach 100% of the external and internal surfaces of the bags.
HANDLES: In addition to the classic colour of the handles (white and brown unprinted), you can choose between 10 colour codes to ensure uniformity in the aesthetics of your bags.
HANDLES COATING: For a more luxurious feel, you can choose paper twisted handles with an outer cotton coating, in various colours.
FINISHING-LAMINATION: The lamination that can be applied to the twisted handle paper bags with top folding can be either matt or glossy, in a thickness of 20mm
FINISHES – HOT STAMPING: The faces of the twisted handle paper bags with top folding can be metal stamped in gold, silver and black
SILK SCREEN PRINTING:Silk-screen printing (white or coloured) can be applied on the special coloured papers or on brown ecological kraft paper, reducing the cost of the bags, as no printing colour is required for their production.
FINISH – SPOT UV: Spot uv gives a subtle shine on the areas where it is applied and can also be combined with partial embossing. The spot UV varnish can be used on kraft surfaces with excellent results.
BOTTOM INSERT CARDBOARD: For large quantity orders, you can choose to use cardboard insert as an additional reinforcement material for the inner bottom of the bags. The bottom cardboard insert is glued to the inside of the bags and can be printed.
